GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Field of application

These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking of rooms, the provision of services (accommodation, catering, spa, ancillary services) and any other services offered by Anova Hôtel & Spa.

 

2. Booking

2.1 Confirmation
Reservations become effective after written or electronic confirmation from the hotel. A deposit or guarantee will be required at the time of booking.

2.2 Online booking
Bookings via the official website or partner platforms require immediate payment or a deposit depending on the fare selected. If payment is refused, the booking may be cancelled.

2.3 Bank guarantee
A valid bank card is required on arrival. A deposit of approximately €90 may be taken to cover any consumption or damage.

 

3. Rates & payments

  • Payment methods accepted : bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), cash (up to €1,000).

  • Payment of the balance : to be paid on the day of departure or in accordance with the specific terms of the tariff chosen.

  • Taxes : tourist tax is payable in addition (€1.76/adult/night).

 

4. Arrival & departure

  • Check-in : from 4pm (reception open from 8am to 10pm depending on the day).

  • Check-out : before 11.00 am.

  • In the event of late arrival (after 10pm), please inform the hotel at least 72 hours in advance.

 

5. Accommodation, services & facilities

5.1 Bedrooms
The hotel offers 40 individually decorated rooms and suites, ranging in size from 20 to 65 m², with premium bedding, flat-screen TV, safe, desk, hairdryer, bathrobes and free Wi-Fi connection.

5.2 Breakfast & catering
Buffet breakfast served from 8am to 10am (€19 to €20.50 for adults, €8 to €9 for children). Restaurant and bar open for lunch and dinner. Room service available.

5.3 Parking
Private car park or garage on site, at a rate of €10 to €12/night depending on the season. Unsupervised but secure parking.

5.4 Animals
Pets allowed on request (max. 2) for a supplement of €15/night. Service animals are accepted free of charge.

5.5 Spa & well-being
Access to the spa (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam) included until 2pm. After 2pm, access is available at an additional cost (approx. €20/person/day). Treatments and massages available on reservation. Access for adults only; children under 16 must be accompanied.

5.6 Additional services
Services available: ski hire, ski passes, ski shop, transfers (station or airport), local shuttle, seminar rooms, babysitting, laundry, concierge.

 

6. Cancellation & amendment

  • Flexible rates: Cancellation/amendment free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (or 5 days in July, August and September). Beyond that date, 100 % of the amount will be charged.

  • Non-refundable rates : The full amount will be deducted at the time of booking. No exchange or refund possible.

  • There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.

  • All changes are subject to availability and possible price adjustments.

 

7. Groups

For bookings of 5 rooms or more: deposit of 50 % on booking, balance one week before arrival. No refund for cancellations made less than one month before the scheduled arrival date.

 

8. Insurance

It is advisable to take out travel insurance covering cancellation, accidents or incidents related to skiing, as well as any health restrictions. The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of non-insurance.

 

9. Responsibility & safety

The hotel cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the spa. Compliance with current safety regulations (emergency exits, smoke detectors, etc.) is compulsory.

 

10. Personal data

The personal data collected is used exclusively to manage bookings and customer relations. In accordance with the RGPD, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data by sending a simple request to : [email protected]

 

11. Force majeure

Neither the hotel nor the customer can be held responsible if the reservation cannot be honoured due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, transport disruption, etc.).

 

12. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought. Failing this, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman within one year. The applicable law is French law; the competent courts are those of Gap.

 

13. Acceptance

All reservations imply full acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to exclude the customer without compensation.
